Reputation management / Metro Detroit

Make honest customer feedback part of the job.

Your team does good work. Customers get on with their day. I can help make review requests a clear part of your process, with an easy link and a person ready to handle feedback.

Talk about your business

Start with the problem.

Reputation management starts with the experience customers have. A request system can make feedback easier to share. It cannot fix poor service by itself or turn every customer into a five-star review.

What I can build.

A clear review request

Ask for honest feedback after a suitable point in the job. Use plain language and the correct review destination.

An easy review link

Give customers a direct path. Keep the same public review option available without filtering people by whether they are happy.

A feedback handoff

Decide who checks feedback and responds. Draft replies should be reviewed by someone who knows the customer and the job.

A consistent process

Where the tools and permissions allow it, connect requests to the completed job and handle opt-outs and duplicates.

A clear scope before work starts

How we work through it.

01

Check the current request

Review when you ask, which link customers receive, and who handles feedback.

02

Build a fair request flow

Agree on timing, wording, and staff responsibilities. Do not buy reviews or offer rewards for a rating.

03

Review the experience

Use real feedback to improve the business process as well as the request itself.

Work you can inspect

See where feedback belongs.

The portfolio walkthrough includes an honest review request after the work. It is an example of the process I can build, not a live review campaign or a promise of review volume.

Before we start

Fair questions.

Can you remove a bad review?

I cannot promise removal. A review that breaks a platform rule can be reported through that platform. A fair negative review needs a thoughtful response and attention to the issue.

Can we ask only happy customers for a public review?

The flow should ask for honest feedback without hiding the public review path from dissatisfied customers. Reviews need to reflect real experiences.

Do more reviews guarantee better rankings?

No. Reviews are one part of how people judge a business. Search visibility depends on more than the number of reviews.
